Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the transfer date on unfired firearms in original packaging with everything that came in the box.

Accepted

• Unfired firearms within 14 days of transfer
• Parts and accessories, unopened and resalable

Not accepted

• Firearms that have been fired, modified or refinished
• Opened ammunition and magazines, for safety reasons
• Items where your state does not permit a return transfer

Starting a return

Email support@czfirearms.net with your order number and reason. We send instructions. Do not ship a firearm back yourself — it must move dealer to dealer.

Refunds

After inspection we refund the original payment method, usually visible within a few business days. Dealer transfer fees are not refundable by us since your dealer collected them.

Wrong item

If the wrong model reaches your dealer, do not complete the transfer. Email us the same day and we correct it at our cost.

Cancellations

Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
